Bio

A survivor of Glastonbury, Mon is a co-founder of Australia’s toughest funk export Deep Street Soul (Freestyle Records) supporting The Bamboos, Marva Whitney, Charles Bradley, Breakestra and others. Mon won Triple J’s Unearthed competition fronting her own tunes, and lends her keyboard playing to both local and international artists such as Kylie Auldist, The Paesanos, John Fleming (Scared Little Weird Guys) and accompanies the Melbourne Mass Gospel Choir. Mon brings the vintage keys sounds with a touch of warped modernism into the mix.
